Roni W. Ford, M.D. is a Board Certified dermatologist and has been in practice since 1993. She graduated from Georgetown University School of Medicine in 1989 with honors and is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Dr. Ford completed her dermatology residency at the University of Maryland in Baltimore, Maryland where she served as Chief Resident her final year. Dr. Ford is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a fellow of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. She is an expert in the latest cosmetic procedures for facial rejuvenation including Botox® injections, dermal fillers, Ultrasound based skin tightening procedures, and laser treatments of hyperpigmentation and blood vessels. Dr. Ford has been consistently recognized as one of Washington area’s Top Dermatologists by Washingtonian Magazine, Consumers' Checkbook, and was recently honored with the prestigious Patients' Choice Award. Dr. Ford was recognized for her work with the Georgetown University School of Medicine's Alumni Association by being honored with the 2016 Founder's Award.

Anne E. Rothman, M.D., M.P.H., received her undergraduate degree from Duke University. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 1999 and is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She completed her internship in Internal Medicine at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York City. She also earned a masters degree in public health while studying at Columbia University. Dr. Rothman completed her dermatology residency at the University of Maryland in Baltimore, Maryland. She is Board Certified in Dermatology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Rothman’s areas of expertise include sclerotherapy for the treatment of leg veins and the latest cosmetic techniques for treatment of aging skin including Botox® injections, dermal fillers, radiofrequency skin tightening, and laser treatments.

Andrea C. Steel, M.D. received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley in Molecular and Cell Biology. While obtaining her medical degree from the University of California, Davis, she worked as a research fellow studying autoimmune dermatologic diseases, and published over a dozen papers in high-impact journals such as the JAMA Dermatology and JAAD. In fact, she was recognized by the Journal of Investigative Dermatology with the Young Investigator Award for her contributions to the field. Dr. Steel completed her Internal Medicine internship and dermatology residency at the University of Colorado. During her time as chief resident at the Rocky Mountain Medical Center Veterans Affairs, she was recognized for providing personalized, compassionate care to veterans with the BRAVO Award. Dr. Steel’s interests include eczema, psoriasis, skin cancer and autoimmune conditions.

Jennifer Whitman, MPAS, PA-C is a board certified Physician Assistant. She has been in clinical practice since 1999 and her practice has been focused on Dermatology and aesthetics Dermatology since 2008. She completed her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies at Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA in 1999 and her B.S. in Biology at Saint Mary's College, Notre Dame, IN in 1994. She is a native of the Pittsburgh area and moved to Montgomery county 15 years ago.

Her special areas of interest and continuing education have been focused on acne, rosacea, skin cancer detection, skin rejuvenation and anti-aging. She has more than 10 years of experience in non-surgical skin rejuvation using various lasers, microneedling and injectable filler and neurotoxins. She also worked for 2 years in a vascular practice and has expertice in spider veins and sclerotherapy. Her patients have described her as an artist with filler and neurotoxins and they love their natural looking results.

Abby Orlansky, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant who joined Center for Cosmetic and Clinical Dermatology in 2023. Abby grew up in Atlanta, Georgia and received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia. Following graduation, she worked as a medical assistant in a busy dermatology practice, gaining patient care experience before attending PA school. She then went on to earn a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from South University West Palm Beach with highest honors.

Abby is licensed by the Maryland Board of Physicians and maintains her certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Abby is dedicated to delivering the highest quality care to her patients and providing them with the best tools and resources necessary to achieve their goals.
